This is a World War II English-made United States 702nd Bomb Squadron, 445th Bomb Group, 8th Air Force jacket patch. The 445th was a B-24 Liberator unit serving from 1943 through the end of the war, and won a Distinguished Unit Citation.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 6-1/8" in height and 5" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Felt embroidered in cotton/silk threads, muslin backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The patch is in overall wonderful condition with small spots of minor discoloration.
