This is a World War II City of Boston Police Department, Division 17 Air Raid Warden badge.

The shield-shaped badge is numbered 4This badge is scarce to find with the division number.

VINTAGE:

Circa WWII.

SIZE:

Size 2-1/8" in height x 1-3/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel plated Nickel.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with come-under catch.
