Description
This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces Technical Representative collar insignia made in the China-Burma-India theatre. The badge is an open square frame within which a winged propeller is suspended with a wool backing.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/4" square.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass, wool.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with C catch; four bendable prongs to secure wool backing.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:We have other tech rep items available that were purchased along with this item, all of which came from the estate of a Pratt & Whitney tech rep who returned to New Hampshire after the war.
