ARTIFACT: This is a World War II Cape Cod (Massachusettes) Hospital Volunteer Service lapel pin. It was made of wartime shortage painted white metal.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with over-under catch

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): It has a nice patina with light to moderate wear.
