VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:About 2-5/8" in width by 3-1/4" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Bullion and cotton/poly/silk embroidery thread on velvet.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto garment.
