ARTIFACT: This is a United States Army Air Forces 388th Bomb Squadron, 312th Bomb Group, 5th Air Force Australian-made jacket patch. It shows an angry mule or donkey wearing a flight helmet.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 5"e; in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embroidery on wool felt.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto garment.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): Minor wear; slight discoloration in areas.
