WWI US Victory Medal with Defense Sector and Meuse-Argonne Bars

This is a World War I United States Victory medal. The medal shows winged Victory on the front and the reverse reads THE GREAT WAR FOR CIVILIZATION FRANCE ITALY SERBIA JAPAN MONTENEGRO RUSSIA GREECE GREAT BRITAIN BELGIUM BRAZIL PORTUGAL RUMANIA CHINA. The bars on the rainbow-hued ribbon read MEUSE-ARGONNE and DEFENSE SECTOR.

Circa World War I.

Approximately 3-1/4" height and 1-7/16" width.

Bronze, silk ribbon, brass pin.

Horizontal safety-style pin with drop-in locking swivel catch on bar.
