The actaul 'wings' are made up of 3 layers of feathers of increasing sizes. Overall the wing has a unique and eye-catching appearance.

CONDITION:

8 (Excellent-): Wing has light wear and medium tarnishing and the backing felt is in excellent condition with very light fading on one side. It is interesting to note that there must be some odd ingredient in the dye used for the felt, as anuy of thsee wings I ahve encountered still with the original backing felt all take on a slightly brownish hue of tarnish instead of the usual blue/black hue..

GUARANTEE:

As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
