ARTIFACT:

This is World War I United States sons-in-service pin. The pin shows two blue stars within a red-bordered rectangle. The reverse of the pin has a patent mark.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War I.

SIZE:

Approximately 3/8" in height and 7/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold-plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with tongue-style catch.

MARKINGS:

PAT'D NOV. 1917.

ITEM NOTES:
