ARTIFACT: This is a framed World War I service certificate from the City of Manchester, New Hampshire to Fred L. Morrill, who served in naval aviation. The certificate is signed by the then-mayor and has a gold seal affixed.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: 17-11/16" height and 14-9/16" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Paper in wooden frame with glass and paper backing.

ATTACHMENT: Two loops with string.

MARKINGS: N/A.
