Description
This is a wonderful World War I era photograph of the Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard band led by bandmaster Frank Zangari. The photo was taken on September 12, 191The photo has a "Walter C. Staples, Portsmouth, NH" stamp in the lower left corner and the monogram WCS in the lower right corner. There is also a Staples label affixed to the back of the photo.
VINTAGE:Circa 1918.
SIZE:Approximately 11-1/8" in height by 13-3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Photograph, cardboard matting.
