This is a World War I collar badge for the 218th Battalion of the Canadian Expeditionary Force, a regiment also known as the Edmonton Irish Guards. The badge reads 218 CANADA and shows two shamrocks.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:7/8" in height and 2" wide.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Two loops with bobby pin.
MARKINGS:JACKSON BROS.
