WWI British MK1 Flying Goggles - Relic Condition

This is a pair of British World War I MK1 flying goggles.

Circa World War I.

The goggles are approximately 3" tall and 8" wide.

Glass, steel, leather, elastic, sealskin, thread.

Elastic strap.

Markings on the leather have been partially lost, but what remains looks like: ???GLE MASK FLY???, ???MARK I, TH TRIPL ???.

This is from a large collection of WW I items which we will be listing more of over the next months. VEJX05 .

1- (Relic) These goggles have certainly seen better days, please refer to images. The leather is quite unstable; however, the glass in entirely intact as is the elastic band.

As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
