ARTIFACT:

This is a World War I American Field Service / United States Army Ambulance Corps roster charm. The rooster is a symbol of France, and was used primarily by the Ambulance Corps. The charm is hollow and three-dimensional and the rooster‰Ûªs tail shows great detail.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War I.

SIZE:

Approximately 3/4" in height and 5/8" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Copper-plated brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Suspension loop.
