This is a wonderful and large World War II plaque for the United States Navy 141st Construction Battalion (aka the Seabees). The plaster plaque is hand-painted in blue and yellow and has a great three-dimensional Bunyanesque soldier at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 12" in height and 8-7/8" in width and 1-1/2" thick.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Hand-painted plaster.
ATTACHMENT:Metal hook.
