ARTIFACT: Wonderful circa 1870 English F & R Pratt Co. porcelain-handled comport featuring "The Hop Queen" by W.F. Witherington, R. A. (1850-60). The center image, 'The Hop Queen' is bestowing a crown wreath of hops to a young girl as a seated gentleman overlooks, surrounded by an acorn leaf border. The image was taken from original images of the Great Exhibition in 1851.

VINTAGE: Circa 1870's

SIZE: Approximately 10" in diameter and 2 ??" tall
