ARTIFACT: This is a wonderful and rare ELCO PT Boats war worker enameled lapel pin. The pin reads ELCO NATIONAL DEFENSE WORKER and shows a an insect riding a missile over the waves at center along with a V.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: 3/4" height and 15/16" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass with multi-colored enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Single-screw pin with disc backing.

MARKINGS: W&H CO.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a homefront war workers collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJJX10 LCFEX4/10 SCEJX5/11

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): Pin shows little wear except for a spot on red enamel and its backing.
