What we have here is a Wonderful 1880's Old West Alta, Utah City Marshal Large Circle Star Badge in nickel plated brass.
Alta was a mining town in the 1880's.
VINTAGE:
1880's.
SIZE:Approximately 2-5/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:One piece safety type pin.
MARKINGS:N/A.

CONDITION:7- (Very Fine-): The badge shows moderate wear, especially to the edge, with duty worn great patina. Overall, it is in very Fine condition as an 1880's.
