This is a wonderful circa 1880s or 1890s rancher or cowboy's high back saddle plaque for a yesteryear ranch with the handle Bar YT. This visually appealing plaque is made in leaded copper with a cut-out nickel plate in the shape of a steer's head on top. The initials "CRW", those of the rancher or cowboy, are cut-out across the brow of the steer.
VINTAGE:Circa 1880s-1890s.
SIZE:Approximately 3" in height by 3-7/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel, leaded copper.
ATTACHMENT:Small holes, screws.
MARKINGS:None.
