SUBJECT: This is a VMF-224 patch of the first Chinese-American Aviator, Robert Lee-Sun. During the Korean War, the sqadron was VMF-212. Included and pictured below is a copy of a photograph of Robert Lee-Sun.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII.

SIZE: About 6" in width by 6-7/8" in height.

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Cotton embroidery thread on felt.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto garment.

MARKINGS: None.
