Nice covered, hand-woven Passamaquoddy basket from Maine. The basket is a rich honey tone with gorgeous pink/red and green pigment decorations. The weave design is beautiful, the cover is woven to match and sits perfectly on top.

Circa 1920's-1930's

7+ (Very Fine+): Basket shows little overall storage wear and a few places with damaged decorations. The colors of the bark are visible, cover is fully intact.
