Description
This is a circa 1920s Seiberling Rubber Company lapel pin. Frank Seiberling, an Ohio native, founded the Goodyear Tire Company in 189After a post-war slow-down and reorganization of the company, Seiberling parted ways with Goodyear and started Seiberling Rubber Company in 192The blocky "S" logo at the center of the lapel pin has a slight resemblance to a swastika.
VINTAGE:Circa 1920s.
SIZE:About 3/4" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal safety-style pin with saddle to attach it to the pinback.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The pin has some minor surface wear and tarnishing; pin-back appears to have been "crushed" but is still usable.
