Vietnamese Made USAF Detachment 3, 5th Air Commando Squadron Flash Arc

ARTIFACT:

This is a Vietnamese-made United States Air Force 5th air commando squadron (3rd detachment) flash. The flash is arc-shaped and reads DET 3 5TH AC SQ.

VINTAGE:

Circa Vietnam War.

SIZE:

2-1/4" height and 5" width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Canvas patch embroidered in red cotton/silk/polyester threads.
