Vietnamese-Made US Air Force 309th Air Commando Squadron Patch (Machine-Made)

This is a United States Air Force 309th Air Commando Squadron patch machine-made in Vietnam. The patch shows an aircraft shaped like a dagger sailing past a parachute and star and reads 309 AIR COMMANDO SQUADRON, PRIMUM ("above all").

Circa Vietnam War.

4" diameter.

Red, navy and tangerine-colored cotton patch embroidered in multi-colored cotton/silk/polyester threads with muslin backing.
