This is a very rare World War II US Navy Fighter Squadron 13 (VF-13) badge in 10K gold and sterling silver. The badge is a petite wing with the enameled face of a crazed black cat against two crossed missiles.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:About 1-5/8" in width by 11/16" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:10 karat gold and sterling silver with enamel detail.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with a "drop-in" locking catch.
MARKINGS:10K.
