ARTIFACT:

This is a very rare Italian Army Paratrooper non-commissioned officer sleeve badge from World War II. The badge would have been worn on the officer's left sleeve, and is an embroidered red parachute.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-1/4" in height and 1-3/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Woven wool embroidered in cotton/silk threads, muslin backing.

ATTACHMENT:

None.

None.
