Rare WWII US Army Paratrooper Badge by Norsid Extremely Rare with NO Die Flaws / Stress Cracks!

Extremely rare WWII United States Army Paratrooper badge by Norsid. The paratrooper badge is sterling silver and shows two wings furled tightly about a balloon. Norsid was notorious for having stress cracks and other issues with their insignia. Faulty dies, or faulty materials, I am not sure. This example is even more rare, with no die flaws.

Circa WWII.

Approximately 1-1/2" in length x 7/8" in height.

Sterling silver.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking catch.
