ARTIFACT: A very rare and hard to find document grouping to a pilot, Sgt. Major Luigi Tentori, of the ANR (Aeronautica Nazionale Republicana), the newly formed post-Italian armistice air force allied with Nazi Germany.Group includes a pilot license brevet award document from the Regia Aeronautica, the Italian Royal Air Forces still functioning in May of 1943. This was when Sergeant Major Luigi Tentori was with 204 squadron. The second document is his ANR ID card, both in German and Italian, dated January 1945 and includes his picture.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately ANR card: 9-1/2" x 4-5/8"; Award document: 11-1/4" x 9-1/4"
