Very Cool & Unusual WWII M-3 US Army Tank Celluloid Badge

Very cool and unusual WWII M-3 United States Army Tank celluloid oval shaped badge made like a workers ID badge. The photo shows two gentleman, one a soldier and the other possibly a business man or manufacturer standing with the M-3…the perspective highlights the tank's impressive size. The base of the photo reads: "Medium M-3 USA CA…?" the last word is difficult to make out.
