ARTIFACT: Cool and rare circa 1938 – 1941 Wright Aircraft Engines Boeing 314 Clipper Aircraft lapel wing. The pin is in the shape of the 314 Clipper and features red enamel detail across the wingspan of the sterling silver pin and reads: “WRIGHT”. The screwback reads: “L. G. BALFOUR CO.”

VINTAGE: Circa 1938 – 1941

SIZE: Approximately 5/8” x 7/16”

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Enameled sterling silver

ATTACHMENT: Single post with screwback.

MARKINGS: “STERLING” on underside of pin, “L. G. BALFOUR CO” on screwback.

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): Lapel pin shows minor to moderate wear, nearly all the enamel details remain intact, overall handsome patina.
