Nice 1930s Wright Aircraft Engine 1 Year of Service Tie Bar

ARTIFACT: This is a great circa 1930s tie bar award for one year of service with Wright Aircraft Engines, a division of Curtiss-Wright. The tie bar has a small aircraft and globe at center and hangs from the bar via chains. The pendant has a Whitehead & Hoag maker mark on reverse.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-3/4” in height and 2-1/4” in width.

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Clip bar.

MARKINGS: SWANK NO. 1865995 OTHER PAT. PEND. on bar; W&H CO. (Whitehead & Hoag maker mark) on reverse.
