Description
This is a very cool circa 1952-1953 United States Army 158th Field Artillery Regiment distinctive insignia. The insignia was made in Japan by N.B. I. Company. It shows and Indian head above a fleur-de-lis and three broad arrowheads meeting at their points to make a starburst formation and reads "Unusual Efforts Expended".
VINTAGE:Circa 1952-1953 (Korean War).
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-1/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts with clutchbacks.
MARKINGS:N.B.I. CO. JAPAN.
