This is a silver German-made distinctive insignia for the United States Army 307th Field Artillery Battalion. This insignia is crest-shaped and shows a vertical band separating two leaves.
VINTAGE:Circa 1945-1950.
SIZE:1-1/8" height and 15/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:935 silver with yellow and amber enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical safety pin.
MARKINGS:935 and maker"s mark (three chevrons in a circle).

CONDITION:8+ (Excellent): Insignia shows slight wear and tarnishing and has beautiful coloring.
