This is a World War II SS Latvian volunteer sleeve shield, which shows a red coat of arms with a white stripe reading LATVIJA. This shield was made in Dachau and never used because the war ended before it was issued.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:2-9/16" height and 2-1/8" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Felt patch with cotton/silk embroidery.

CONDITION:10 (Mint as New): Sleeve shield is unused.
