ARTIFACT: This is an unofficial circa early World War II Royal Air Force (RAF) wireless air gunner wing. The wing is Canadian-made. It is flat (unpadded) for battle dress, and the wreath beneath the "WAG" is in brown embroidery.

VINTAGE: Circa early World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 2"; in height and 4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wool embroidered in silk/cotton threads, black cloth backing.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Great Britain and Commonwealth militaria collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months.CON-JST-XXX13 LABEX6/13 SLAAEX7/15 SRET06/23 

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The wing shows only light wear, mostly just to the edges.
