This is a Unique WWII Fighting Knife: Appears to have been Made from a 1943 True Temper Machete.

VINTAGE: World War II.

SIZE: Approximately

Knife: 10-7/8 in total length x Blade: 1-1/16" in width / 4” length handle.

Scabbard: 12-3/4” in leather length x 2” in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS: Steel, brass, wood, and Leather Scabbard.

ATTACHMENT: N/A.

MARKINGS: U.S True Temper

CONDITION:

8+ (Excellent): The knife shows minor wear and tarnishing, and the scabbard shows stains on leather. Overall, it is in excellent condition.
