ARTIFACT: This is an unidentified circa 1921 nursing graduate pin in enameled 10 karat gold. The pin is diamond-shaped and reads LPH '21 beneath a red cross. It could possibly be for London Psychiatric Hospital in London, Ontario, or perhaps Lincoln Park Hospital in Chicago. The maker's mark is hard to read, but looks to be DINGWALL, the name of an early 20th century Canadian jeweler.

VINTAGE: Circa 1921.

SIZE: Approximately 11/16" x 1/2"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: 10 karat gold, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with tongue-style C catch.

MARKINGS: DINGWALL 10K.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a nursing collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCJX00 LAGEX1/12 SeVBJEX11/13/19

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin shows some very slight abrasions and tarnish with all enamel intact.

GUARANTEE: As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
