This is an unidentified circa 1910s nursing school pin. The pin is in 10 karat gold (tested) and has a V and an S enameled in red at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1910s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 5/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:10 karat gold (tested) with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with Tiffany style catch.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin is in beautiful condition with only light wear and some small areas of tarnish on reverse only.
