Stunning Ca 1949 New Haven, CT Police Chaplain Badge in 14K Gold

ARTIFACT: This is a stunning 1949 New Haven, Connecticut Police Chaplain badge made in enameled 14K Gold (tested) with 4 diamonds. This badge was presented to the original owner, Rev. Vincent E. Lyddy, and is engraved on the reverse:

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS: 14.9 Grams of 14K Gold with 4 diamond and enameled details.
