STUNNING 19th C. 14K Gold & Enamel Lapel Pin for the American Water Works Association

This is a beautiful 14 karat gold pin manufactured by a jewelry company with some hand-engraved details. It was made to be worn by members of the American Water Works Association and shows a very early Hydro-electric power plant at center inside a "garter" type border of reverse blue enameling. Truly a stunning piece for a collector or a great gift for a Water Works professional.
