This is a sterling silver World War II United States Navy Air Crew wing. The pin's design is an anchor in front of a pair of spread wings and reads AIR CREW.

Sterling silver.

Horizontal pin with come-under swivel catch.

STERLING and a star with HH inside maker's mark.
