This is a sterling silver World War II United States Navy Nurse Corps badge. The badge's design is an anchor with an acorn and oak leaf and reads NNC.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

1-3/16" height and 15/16" width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with come-under swivel catch.

MARKINGS:

STERLING and a star with HH inside maker's mark.
