ARTIFACT: This is a sterling silver factory fire brigade badge. Enameled in red and white, the badge reads SAFETY FIRE BRIGADE and shows a red cross at center.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/4" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated sterling silver with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: STERLING.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a fire-related collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX06 LFJX11/10

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The badge shows some light abrasions to enamel and has light to medium tarnish in spots.
