This is a United States Steel Federal Shipyards pin given to an employee with 5 years of service. The pin reads FEDERAL SHIPYARDS USS 5 YEARS SERVICE and shows a ship on open water.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 9/16" diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver with blue enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:Maker's mark, 3253 and STERLING.
