This is a sterling silver distinctive insignia for the United States Army 104th Armored Cavalry. This insignia shows a horse head, a Knight's cross and a keystone for the Pennsylvania National Guard. The insignia reads OVER UNDER OR THROUGH.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950.
SIZE:1-1/4" diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver with orange enamel and painted details and lettering.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:A. H. DONDERO INC. WASH. D.C. STERLING.
