Sterling Pacific Northern Airlines Lapel Pin by Robbins Co. from Late 1940s

This is a late 1940s lapel pin in sterling silver for Pacific Northern Airlines. The pin shows a blue flag with a constellation on it flying above a rather Art Deco-ish silver wing. The airlines was started as Woodley Airways in 1933, but used the name Pacific Northern from 1945 until 1967, when it merged with Western Airlines.

Circa late 1940's.

1/2" in height x 11/16" in width.

Sterling silver with enamel.

Single screw post with disc backing.
