This is a late 1940s Eastern Airlines flight attendant hat badge. The badge is the profile of a beautiful crimson bird in flight.
VINTAGE:Circa late 1940s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 15/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver with enamel, brass backing.
ATTACHMENT:Screw post with disc backing.
MARKINGS:STERLING on reverse of badge; R.G.P. SHOE on backing.
