ARTIFACT: This is a Spanish American War era United States Army 5th Corps badge for the 1st Division. The badge is a red pentagon with a smaller pentagon sprouting off of each of the five points.

VINTAGE: Circa Spanish American War 1898.

SIZE: Approximately 15/16" in height x 7/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with painted details.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with C catch.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 6+ (Fine-Very Fine): The badge has some areas of paint missing.
