Small ca 1880s - 1890s Boston? City? Council # 10 Lapel Badge in 10K Gold 1.55 gm

This is a circa 1880s to 1890s badge in 10 karat gold (tested) that reads "Council 10", possibly for a City Council member, possibly from Boston since it was found there any years ago. The badge is small and lightweight (1.55 grams) with lovely engraved decorative details.

Approximately 3/4" in diameter. 1.55 Grams.

10 karat gold (tested).
