ARTIFACT: This is a pair of carved bone chopsticks in a signed bamboo case, brought back home as a World War II souvenir. The chopsticks are signed, as well as the case.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Case: approximately by 9-3/4" in length by 15/16" in diameter; chopsticks: 8-1/2" in length and 3/8" in width at bottom (each).

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Bamboo, bone.

ATTACHMENT: Two piece bamboo carrying case with stopper top.

MARKINGS: 寿：Longevity （Image 3）

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX11 LFJX3/12 SLCEX6/14 TLIEX04/25

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The chopsticks and case both show only light wear. The case is made of bamboo and cracked in the center (image 1). Overall, it is in very fine condition.
